Chatrad Terms of Service
These terms are the deal between you and Chatrad, the random video chat where one tap introduces you to a real person somewhere in the world. We kept the language plain on purpose — if anything here is unclear, write to support[at]chatrad.online before you assume.
In short (this summary never replaces the full text): Chatrad is adults-only, the stranger on your screen deserves the same respect you do, free daily matches are a limited allowance with coins and VIP beyond it, and Chatrad makes the introduction — it cannot vouch for the people you meet.
1. What You Are Agreeing To
Opening Chatrad, registering, or starting a match means you accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you cannot accept them, the respectful move is to not use the service. If we update these terms and you keep using Chatrad afterwards, the updated version applies to you.
The terms cover everything under the Chatrad brand: random video matching, one-to-one calls, text chat, profiles, coins, VIP plans, and the safety and support tooling wrapped around them.
2. What Chatrad Does
Chatrad pairs you with other real people for random video chat sessions and private one-to-one conversations, usually within seconds of tapping start. The how it works page walks through the flow step by step if you want the full picture first.
Two honest notes. First, the product evolves: features may be added, changed, or retired, and no feature is guaranteed to run uninterrupted — live video depends on networks, devices, and someone else being online at the same moment. Second, Chatrad introduces people to each other. We do not verify every identity, endorse any user, or sit inside your conversations.
3. Who May Use Chatrad
Chatrad is strictly for adults: you must be 18 or older — or older still if your local law demands it — to hold an account or appear on camera. If an account appears to belong to a minor, we suspend it while we investigate and remove it if that is confirmed.
Your account belongs to you alone. Do not sell it, lend it, share it, or let anyone else chat through it, and keep your sign-in details private. Activity that happens through your account is treated as yours, so tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access.
4. Chatrad Coins and Payments
New users receive a limited set of free matches each day. That allowance is genuinely limited, can change over time, and is not a promise of unlimited free use. Beyond it, chatrad coins keep conversations and premium features going, and VIP plans bundle extra benefits for a fixed period.
Prices, package contents, and renewal conditions are always displayed inside the product before you pay anything — that in-product display is what governs your purchase, which is why this page avoids printing numbers that would quietly go stale.
- Coins and virtual gifts are a licence to use features inside Chatrad — not money, not a deposit, not transferable off the platform, and carrying no cash value.
- Completed purchases of digital goods or already-consumed services are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the purchase page says so.
- Payments run through third-party processors; Chatrad never stores your full card details.
- Fraud, chargebacks, or payment abuse can lead to cancelled orders, restricted features, or account suspension.
5. The Rules of the Conversation
The conduct rules live in the Community Guidelines and form part of this agreement — not an optional extra. The short list of what is never acceptable on Chatrad:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or pressuring anyone who has skipped you or said no
- Nudity or sexual content in public matching, and any sexual content involving a minor anywhere — escalated to the authorities
- Recording, screenshotting, or republishing another user's video or messages without their consent
- Scams, begging for money or gift cards, phishing, or asking for passwords and verification codes
- Impersonating another person or a member of the Chatrad team
- Bots, scrapers, automation, or attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
6. What You Show on Camera
You keep ownership of the content you create on Chatrad. By showing or posting it, you grant us the licence needed to host, transmit, display, and moderate it so the service can function.
A live camera deserves a moment of thought: whoever you match with can see what you show, and anything visible can be captured by means outside our control. Share only what you would be comfortable existing beyond that single call. The safety tips are worth five minutes before your first conversation.
7. Outside Services and Links
Chatrad depends on outside providers for payment processing, analytics, hosting, and support tooling, and the site may link to pages we do not operate. Those services run under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control — a link is not an endorsement.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The Chatrad name, brand, design, and the software behind the service belong to Chatrad and its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, revocable licence to use the service — not to copy it, resell it, scrape it, or build on top of it without permission.
9. Ending or Losing Access
Breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines can lead to a warning, feature limits, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on what the moderation review finds. Serious violations — above all anything involving minors — are escalated to the relevant authorities. Unused coins are generally not refunded when an account is removed for a violation. You may stop using Chatrad at any time, for any reason.
10. What We Do Not Promise
Chatrad is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it fast, friendly, and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, any particular match, or any particular outcome from a conversation.
We are not responsible for what other users say or do, and no platform can remove every risk that comes with meeting strangers online. To the maximum extent the law permits, Chatrad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. The Law That Applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Chatrad service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where your local consumer protection law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain fully intact.
12. When These Terms Change
As the product grows, this page grows with it. When a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to surface it, and the "last updated" date above will move. Using Chatrad after an update means accepting the new terms.
